Engineered specifically for haul trucks that often have excessive idle times, the iON-DRIVE DC-ixR is a roof mounted independent DC air conditioning system, with a built-in lithium-ion battery. The system is designed to operate completely independently of the trucks existing HVAC systems, providing an additional layer of HVAC redundancy and reliability. The iON-DRIVE DC-ixR sets the standard for rooftop air conditioners in tough work environments. Its heavily ruggedised, steel assembly coupled with the highly efficient variable speed compressor and large face evaporator, make it the best independent anti-idle solution for haul trucks across the globe.
